6-Day Temp Vacancy

 

-Faxed Request must be received by the 6th day and assignment will be affective 12:01 am on 7th day

 

-Temp Vacancy is a new temp (6-day) vacancy at the expiration of each 6-day period after it is vacated.

 

Example: If a conductor leaves the temp vacancy for any reason, its not considered a new 6-day vacancy until 6 days from last day worked from the first Conductor’s original TV.

 

Vacations Quick Claim

 

-Faxed Request must be received by 12:01 am on the 1st day of the Vacation.

-Cannot Claim a vacancy in the same set of pools.

-The only way a conductor is removed from a TV or Quick claim:

1) Permanent Assignment Owner Marks up

2) A senior conductor with full 48hr displacement rights places to the TV or Quick Claim simultaneously as placing a permanent bump.

3) A senior conductor that has been displaced from a prior TV or Quick claim Vacancy. (This Temp Bump is only good for 2hours)
