-You can make a straight pickup and set-out at each intermediate location. If there isn’t a track to hold it all, you can set remainder to another track.

 

-Switching your engines around is a move. Making a planned set-out online is a move. Cutting in or out helper power is an event, if you do it.

 

-Repositioning cars for FRA regulations is NOT an event. Doing it to comply with company rules is.
